How to remove CND form sculpts?

I recently completed the novice course with CND and our teacher showed us how to sculpt on forms, but not how to remove them (it was right at the end of the course as a demo). I tried it out on myself (with interesting results lol) and I have to take them off for work tomorrow. Is it the same as removing enhancements with tips?
