How can you sell things you no longer need, withought getting into trouble? I know its against this sites rules now so will not say what lol but had been told by a reputable source I could sell it on a big well known site. Listing removed the company had asked for it to be taken off and threatened legal action!
I do not need these things anymore and what I have is worth quite alot of money where on earth can I sell withought getting into bother?
Hope you can understand what I mean, as I feel like I'm talking in riddles but I do not want to break the rules lol
Any advice would be great as I'm about banging my head off the wall! xx

go onto the Guild website and you can sell products there and equipment too.

ah but when I got the msg from the well known site I checked the companies site it says basically they don't want you selling there stuff at all, kinda keeked my pants! lol thing is there were other listings and none of them had been removed and I didnt really have much different in title too, maybe it was just as it was all the things you would need to do a particular service if you understand what I mean lol xx

You could also ring the company where you bought them from and ask if they would like to take them back?? Some will make you an offer rather than have the stuff go on ebay or the like. Or contact a salon who you know uses what you have and ask them to make an offer.

Well I know they will be at the show 2mrw but after the legal action threat I'm kinda scared to ask them, plus I'd probably get peanuts  I was actually thinking of calling round the salons who use what I'm selling, but again was scared incase they did'nt want it and called the company to say I'd been pedalling my wares lol xx

The salon would probably bite your hand off .. they're not going to call the company if a bargain is going are they? Better something than nothing I say. Be responsible about it .. you are not doing anything wrong and no one can object to what you are doing. I don't think the company would have been able to take any legal action against you either ... just trying it on to frighten you.

Thank you Geeg you are the voice of reason I'm a big wimp it put the wind right up me ! lol xx
