I really love her hair my hair is about the same length but when ever I try to create the style (with straightners/curlers) it doesn't quite look right... any pointers?

Have a hairdresser on hand 24/7.
Sorry cynical answer. I would suspect a very good smooth blow dry and maybe some smooth heated rollers on for a while afterwards. Looks like pretty thick hair too, or maybe there are some extensions in there (very likely) or, indeed, a wig!

Wish I did have a hairdresser 24/7!I'll try some heated rollers though see how that works... My hair is fairly thick but probably not quite as thick as Nicola's Thanks x
