I am thinking of getting a hydrotherm massage and I would like to know if anyone has had one of these? I am unsure of whether to go for a hot stone massage or hydrotherm, as both sounds very good!

Its a nice treatment if you like being very warm and cosy,!

you dont have to turn over during this treatment as you lie on top of the unit ( its under your back )

you have a lumbar support under your knees and another hydrotherm over that, so you have heat under the back of your legs.

the therapist can slide his/ her hands between you and the hydrotherm
and the massage itself is a very deep tissue massage, i think you will like it!
c xx

yeah, my group in college is actually researching it and I was lucky enough to be chosen to get a demo of hydrotherm (my tutor is qualified) It was lovely! Very cosy as you said.
