what do you fellow geeks think? I dont want to restrict myself to nails by..... or anything like that as i want to be able to offer other therapies in the future.

I like it, its a nice roll of the tongue kind of name, plus as you say you can add other treatments without being restricted by what you've called yourself or having to change it.
