Hi everyone
I am currently using LA tan ( I used to use A-tan and everyone loved it, although it didnt last all that long) as all my clients prefered it to A-tan as they said it lasted longer. However I have been sprayed with La-tan 3 times and each time I havent been happy with the fade. Can anyone recommend a good solution that doesnt cost the earth and that lasts pretty well and fades well too
Many Thanks

I sampled lots of solutions before i found Nouvatan.
It's a lovely natural colour, lasts 7-10 days and fades exceptionally well. All my clients love it. I do about 100 tans a month and i've never had one complaint. Very well priced too :D

Hi
I can 2nd NOUVATAN i sampled loads and found this to be a lovely tan. Nice natural colour. Lovely people to deal with too. hth xx

Thanks for the recommendation, how long would u say it lasted before fading? x

SiennaX is a fave of mine. Their 10% and 12% are beautiful natural colours. They last about 5 days, and with careful aftercare, fade nicely. Their retail is not something I get in, but if retail is your thing, they do a big range. It looks nice too and is reasonably priced. I also use Siennasol and I am really pleased with it, for a reasonably unknown, cheaper brand. Their extreme tan is fantastic for dancers etc and still manages to look natural. Not too keen on the Siennasol bronze, I much prefer SiennaX if someone wants a gentel coour. Hth xx

I would also recommend Nouvatan, I would say my clients get about 5-7 days out of their tans occasionally a little longer depending on aftercare and prep.
Nouvatan do samples, so best thing to do if you are interested is phone them and order a sample. You could do that with all the companies you are interested in.

The Nouvatan colour is gorgeous xxx

Ive just spoke to dawn and ordered some nouvatan :D

I'm experiencing the same probs with LA Tan at the mo so have got a number of samples in to try out :D

I've used LA tan for awhile now and never had any problems until recently. Its fading really really bad, its like it cracks and looks so so dirty. Might try Nouvatan too :)

Can I just ask what La solutions you were having fade problems with. I use LA Tan and find that the double dipped solutions, i.e. 10,12 and 18% don't fade very well, especially my legs. I have found the single dipped 8 and 10.5 (LA Gold) to be ok though.

My legs are very dry and I don't think any solution will fade perfectly on them.

I was sprayed with LA 8 on sat, and from monday its fading terrible, i look like i have crocodile skin, and its very stubborn and won't shift even with lots of exfoliating, baby oil (everything i tell my clients not to do). Ive been sprayed with LA gold before and the fade wasn't brilliant but wasn't as bad as the fade with the 8.

Mines the exact same, i thought maybe my skin was just very dry but one of clients rang today to say hers has gone like that. Mine looks all scaley.. i used the 8 and last week was the same when i used the gold. Very upset :(

I think its defo the LA tan. I wont b using it anyomre, dunno what 2 do with all my la tan solutions??? Any ideas?? x

I'm thinking the same as I have a few bottles, someone sold some on eBay the other day but it must be expensive on the postage!!

Yh i might ebay them, did u notice how much the la tan on ebay fetched?

a full bottle of gold got £25 I think! i can't remember what they charged for postage though!
