Yep as the title says.
Didint go bed while 4am yesterday (pains keeping me awake):irked:
Got a call at 7am from my friend saying her daughter gone in to labour and the person who was to take her to hospital wasnt answering the phone so could i possibly take her.
Well i was like this:zzz: but said i would be there in 5 so jumped in my clothes, raced round and picked nat up who when i timed her contractions was having them every 4-5 mins apart
Got to the hospital at 8am and between then and 9.15 am she only had the basics of bp, temp and heart beat checked but her contractions was every 2-3 mins by then.
I kept asking nat if she had the need to push but she said no not really just got alot of preasure in her bum :lol:
Well i was wiping her brow, rubbing her back but they was getting more intense so i asked a midwife when she would be examined and was told they would give her an hour and then check her
nat asked for some gas & air at 9.30 when she felt they was too strong to cope without but then at 9.40 she said to me "i think i need the toilet for a poo" lol Im then thinking oh god she must be ready so buzzed a midwife who checked down below and my god it was panick stations.
Midwifes came from everywhere, Mili's head was there and just about out but Nats waters hadnt gone so they broke them and out she slid but the sack was over her head and she had opened her bowels.
Once they had cleaned her up and cleared her airways she was fine but a little stunned at the speed she entered the world lol Here she is.
She wasa the smallest Nat has had at 8lb 3oz her other children was 9lb 7oz 8lb 9oz and 10lb 1oz
I was shattered come last night after making trips back and forth and lack of sleep and was in bed with cj at 9pm last night but what a day i had and one i wouldnt have changed for anything:green:
