IBD Acrylic Bright Problem

I did my own nails the other night using Ibd acrylic and everything seemed to be fine until I applied 2 coats of the Acrylic Bright Top Coat (with brighteners) as instructed in the small instruction manual which came with the kit. Now I seem to have 'dayglo' nails! The tint sometimes shows up blue, sometimes violet but always seems to glow.

Is this normal for this top coat, or do you think mine could be contaminated/faulty? I've since painted some onto a friends natural nail and it has the same effect, so I know it's not anything to do with with the acrylic, or my application methods.

If it is normal, could someone suggest an alternative as I really, really don't like it and had to cover it up with polish

well i always use lechat protech top coat, but you have to cure it in a uv lamp.

Try IBD intense seal, works great!

It has optical brighteners too, but it is a fab product.

Try NSI Glaze`n`go.I did use IBD and was having the same problem.I still do use IBD but NSI`Glaze`n`go on top.lol

sure try the Glaze`n`go....is good and easy to apply not so thick like the ibd one!! i through mine ibd in the bin its so annoying to apply...!!!!!!!!
