This is my website:

Beauty And Bronze - Home

I personally think its not very user friendly in that the prices arent really set out clearly and i just think it could be improved but im not very technical and dont know how to do this!
Does anyone have any suggestions on where i should start?
Also if anyone can recommend a service where i just pay a fee and they fix it up for me, make it easier to find and stuff could you PM me?

To be honest, I'm not sure how easy it would be to tweak stuff to the level that you would need with a Vistaprint site, as if you want real control over how things are laid out, then you have to start delving into the complexities of CSS (cascading style sheets), as there is only so much that a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) text editor can do. And I'm not even sure that Vistaprint would let you start going in and editing things like CSS, as it's primarily template-based, and they will probably want to restrict the amount of "tweakage" that can be done to a given template (so they don't have to spend time on tech support calls if someone gets a bit too over-ambitious and ends up "breaking" the page)...

Hi Kayley,
It looks really nice to me, lovely colours!
It would read better if you stuck to "me & I" rather than "us, our, me & I" You say contact "us", about "me", see "our" service page, "I" offer, Do you see what I mean?
Also on the "about me" page, it looks nice to start with your name to introduce yourself.

Ooh I see you are doing Shellac, Do you cover Barking area? I am dying to try it out!!

Get in touch with Ruth Mills on here, she did my website, she could probably sort it out for you.
Ruth also has a system called "Salon Alchemy" which you can update information on your website through, swap links with others, which is very easy to use.
Also Carl, on here works alongside Ruth & he can do you a logo, (he did mine too) he gives you two types on for printing, on business cards, pricelists, gift vouchers etc & one for web use, he is very resonable too as is Ruth!

Hope that helps :D

Oh I see Ruth beat me to it! :)
Looks like by what Ruth said, its not that easy to be tweaked, however Kayley if you want a new website, then Ruths who you need!! Have a look at the website she did me! x

Thanks Emma i hadnt even considered that! Thats one thing i can do!
I'm afraid i dont go as far as barking as its quite far from me! Shellac is great though, im just waiting for the lamp to arrive though so i cant do anything yet.... its sitting there looking at me and i cant do anything with it- torture!
Thankyou Ruth, perhaps i'll have to set aside some time to look at what i would like to do with it that is within my capabilities then, it just seems a little all over the place to me. I think I may start then to re-name and re-arrange some pages to get things clearer when i get time... it just seems like a long job!

Never mind, I ordered my Shellac kit today which hopefully should come tomorrow, but the lamps are not in either, wasnt sure if you got a lamp at the event or had a brisa lamp! x
One other thing Kayley I personally would change "services & prices" to "treatments" but its what you prefere, everyone is different! x

actually, having read it back while reading your post i think i prefer treatments... it gives a better image (services and prices made me think of something a little seedier!).
