Infected finger!

My brother is always picking & biting his nails, urgh!

He now has this bad boy! He's doing the Buckingham to Brighton ride tomorrow bless him so not the most comfortable of situations!

Any tips?

Ouch that looks really sore. I haven't any tips for you but can I be cheeky and ask if I could use the image to show my clients? I have a few that do that send after .my endless stings of what can happen they don't taker it seriously. 'Would you mind? X

He needs to make an appointment with his GP, its likely he will need antibiotics. It looks like paronychia to me but I'm no doctor so its best he makes an appointment with his GP as untreated it could get worse.
