Hi i've just started doing colour gels for finger nails and toe nails (everlasting polish) Im using NSI gels and was just wondering when this grows out should clients get them infilled or soaked off and the colour applied again? Or should they be infilled? if so how?

you should fill them, if they were applied correctly you shoudnt need to remove them! the fill process should be the same as any other enhancement, rebalancing when necessary. with gel polish i always have a layer of clear gel under the color, so i file off the gel top coat, and about 75% of the color (unless its sheer in which case you'll usually end up filing off all the color... whatever works), reapply a layer of clear to the regrowth, and then pull a new layer of color over the entire nail, cure, top coat, cure, and viola:) hth!

it depends if you are using a soak off gel or a traditional file off formula.

even then it depends upon other circumstances.
what did they advise you to do on your training course?
