Info needed on Batrafen

Is anyone able to give me any information about Batrafen Nail Lacquer, good, bad and the ugly please. Also whether it works or not. I have a potential client whom I havent seen yet (but am seeing in monday) who was advised by the chemist to use this stuff, and I would like to know anything about it.
