Good morning lovelies... Im at my wits end.... I had my business instagram account disabled last week (Monday 28th Oct) saying I had violated they're terms. When I appealed they sent 2 emails one asking for proof it was me and my business (ie utility bill) and another asking for a pic of me holding sheet of paper with the code they sent me with my full name and business name. Ive now done this 3 times (different codes each time) and still not heard anything from them. Im devastated as Ive spent a lot of time on my business instagram page. Has this happened to anyone else and if so did you get your account back.
I did set up a new business account this week with a different email address and it got disabled again as soon as I started following people. Please help..As Instagram don't get in touch with your. Ive tried all the help forums.
