IPL machines, China/Italy/Israel/UK?

Hi, I am looking into offering ipl. I have worked employed for years and used an old machine which isn't in production anymore.


I have now gone self employed and am wanting to add to treatment lost. Is there any one who has used a Chinese machine and what is the feedback. The UK prices are just totally out of my range for something I would only be using two days per week.
Any help on machines and recommendations would be so helpful. Thanks

I’d go UK just for the fact that it can be fixed if anything goes wrong and you know it’s up to British standards. As the saying goes, pay cheap... pay twice!
