Is it impossible to get grey hair? I'm struggling!

I have been trying to get Grey hair for ages but either end up blue or just a light silver.

I have naturally dark brown hair but i have bleached this to nearly a white blonde.

I was told to try leaving in some purple shampoo for a few hours which i did and it turned it more silver than grey, I also tried the same thing with the Crazy Colours in Silver but that really didn't do much.

I most recently tried 10/1 Wella Colour Touch and that got me a tiny bit grey but not the colour i'm hoping for.

Its time to do my hair again down my roots are through but i'm lost for ideas.........

I'm from the UK and there doesn't seem to be anything out there to get me desired grey look.

Any ideas would be great.

Try your hairdresser or your local hairdressing training college, it will be cheaper there.

We don't give out colour formulas to untrained DIY-ers as this is a forum for qualified therapists and hairdressers to offer support and share good practice.
