hey folks

just a quick question as the title might suggest. i have mentioned to someone that is may be a good idea to soak their feet in tea tree oil to help ward off things like athletes foot etc. this person is a type 2 diabetic so wasn't 100% if it would be ok for them. as far as i can recall there should'nt be a problem but could someone please tell me if this is differant.

Many thanks me dears

hi, i'm probably about to state the obvious, but, it's wise to only use small amounts (i.e two or three drops) of pure essensial oils at a time. Two to three drops of many oils can be sufficiant to use in a bath-full of water. Your client should'nt be pregnant either.
But, a soak in tea-tree infused water would be beneficial in the well being of most peoples skin/feet.

Yes.

Nor would tea tree affect them if they were pregnant.

If they have sensitive skin, precede with a patch test.

tea tree and lavender oils are the only 2 oils that are 100% safe to use on the skin directly - whether pregnant or not flower
