Is SNS unsanitary?

Hi all
I'm currently a nail tech student working with L+P and hard gel, but with my search for models, a lot of them have asked if I provide SNS services.

I've never thought of using it on myself or on others because I feel like it's unsanitary, dipping one person's fingers in a tub of powder and then another person's fingers, and so on and so forth.

I'd love to read some articles and opinions on this so I can further educate myself.

As long as you have sanitised your clients hands before you start its fine. People put their hands on far more unsanitary things than a tiny pot of dry powder for a few seconds
