I have also been thinking of how to make jan and feb a bit busier in the new year!
If I were you though if most of your clients are regular I wouldnt give them £5 off, I did this when I became selfemployed as a token of their loyalty but found it didnt really help.
I have bought some red favor bags and put a few chocs in and also made up some cards, thinking of things that would draw clients in but I wouldnt lose out - much!
For my regulars I am giving them:
15% off spa pedicures (january isnt a hot time for them)
Refer a friend card ( client refers a friend and recieves £5 off plus new client recieves 10% off, helps you to gain new clients!)
Free file & polish on toes when having a new set
and I am also Im making up little favor bags with an OPI polish in and putting some cards in them, I work selfemployed in a hairdressers so hoping people will buy them for stocking fillers and ill get new clients.
