Hello..

So I keep getting acrylic in my brush!!! I always make sure to wipe my brush after each bead and back in the monomer I have no clue where I am going wrong.

It seems to get in my brush after I place the bead on the nail and start patting it down and trying to shape it by doing strokes with the brush .. my brush bristles separate and that’s when it gets in there I just don’t have a clue where I’m going wrong.. are my beads to wet? Is my brush to blame? Please give me some ideas as to what I’m doing wrong??

Thank you x x

Are you wiping on clean dry towel or on the same bit repeatedly.
You could be working too dry and/or patting at the bead too much.
Your monomer could also be contaminated.
If your brush is separated/split then it’s damaged and needs replaced. If it is you can try popping it in boiled water for a few seconds then reshaping but it’s a last resort
