Hi folks - I've a few clients asking me for back "facials" for lack of a better description.

Can I ask of any geeks who do this ,how they keep the clients back warm while the mask is applied (I'd be doing lower leg massage while the mask is on).

I'd assume foil or clingfilm would be used to keep heat in, with perhaps a hot towel / blanket over. Is there any specific type of foil or film which should be used?

cheers, jtp x:)

You could use hot damp towels or clingfilm and then cover with a dry towel and place warm wheatbags over the top.I picked some wheatbags up in Dunelm mill a few weeks back for £2.50 and i use them for lots of things.

You can use those polythene sheets used for body wraps, just cut them in half, and put a towel on top. I think Ellisons sell the polythene sheets quite reasonably.

hi ya

you could use a covered hot water bottle over a towel or some of the geeks have metioned a manicure heat pad. i think that would be back size.

xx

hi you could use a heated cover quite exspensive at £150 from ellisons but can be used for every treatment. in facials i put mine under the client to keep the warm same in massage. clients love it x x
