Keeping records of electronic diary for tax records

Hey ladies [emoji3]

I know you have to keep records of everything for your accounts like receipts etc for your taxes etc and up until now, I have been using paper diaries so have kept these. I have just switched over to an electronic booking system and i was wondering what to do regarding keeping records of your diary with this ? I use Izettle for all my takings etc so I'm good with that part. I just don't know if I should print them out etc.

Vicky, we use shortcuts & they are simply amazing. We can check out our appointments on our iPhones & we have total control over everything from appointments right through to back office. Also their helpline people are super helpful!

The actual appointments will be there for you to view in the system at all times so if for example you were giving them in to an accountant - tax person I'd probably print them off

If your electronic booking system is backed up, you can just access the information if it's ever requested. What system are you using x

If you're switching from paper to electronic, I'd check out Versum.
