Keeping solution in the fridge

Hi I read sum where that it's best to keep ur solutions in the fridge I just wandered if this is right? And why?

It is always best to store your solution in a cool dry place!!!! Keeps it from going out of date quick and keeps its freshness. Fridge is fine keeps it super cold fresh, but could be cold for customer so keep one out in a dry cool place..

Ok thanks I'm new to this and haven't done my training yet sprayed a friend and then I left my solution in the fridge as it been fairy warm out
