Hi! I need some advice. I fit extensions myself, for about 4 years and I only work with Mini Locks and Easilocks (Remi Cachet and Easilocks hair ). I am very neat in my application and stress all my aftercare advice, 90% clients listen. I have had a few that say they follow all my advice, however their extensions are fine but their natural hair regrowth above the bead/lock is tightly knotted, like loads of dreadlocks above the extension beads if you get me. The extensions themselves arent matted or tangled together- it’s the hair, above each individual extension strand bead that is almost impossible for me to comb out. I have attached a photo of my application and someone’s perfect regrowth which brushes our easily , but the issue is with those where it’s knotty and too knotty to get a comb in
