Ah sweet ! Thanks !

Any ideas before I phone the help line anyone ?

What was the natural base?

Yey bluerinse ! Bout 50% grey at front and between 6 and a 7 X

Any advice or ideas ?

Well if your lifting from 6 you've got red/orange which u need green/blue to neutralise, you've used green with gold so it's going to be warm, always remember your final colour is 50% colour u have used and 50% natural pigment :0) you need to use 8/0 + 8/1

Ah thanks , well explained as usual ! Can I just ask, you said I had used green with gold, the gold Is the /03 where would the green come from ? X

Green is primary tone .0 gold is secondary tone so less of it .3 or .03 :)

When I spoke to wella 0 is not green based. The 0 are only used to soften the tone it doesn't neutralise any of the tones.
