KP and 10 vol and whites

I’m curious what kind of grey coverage you can expect when using 10 volume with KP? Do you still get 100% coverage?

Specifically im talking about a fashion shade with all /2 green ash and no neutral in a 10 vol formula.

With koleston perfect 20 vol is what guarantees the 100% coverage. With 10 vol I'd expect 50-70% as you would with colour touch.
