Hi geeks,
was just wondering, if you are qualified in electrolysis, are you able to lance milia as well?
Thanks guys,
xxxx

Well I ' zap ' them using my electrolysis machine on a lowish setting.
It works brilliantly and is much less invasive than lancing them using a sterile needle, as you're just giving them a short blast of heat (from the current) rather than piercing the skin over the milia and 'digging' it out.
The milia dries up, forms a small scab then drops off in the next few days without any problem.
