Hi Jenny.
The IPL is a short for 'Intense pulse light' so it is not a Laser.

As a treatment it is very easy to do, unfortunately now is the worst time of the year to start (one of the contraindications for the treatment is any form of light - sun, sunbed).
Here in Netherlands I don't need any extra licence so I can't advice you on that.

Hi Jenny.
I did aculight ipl for about 2 years. Its a great treatment to do and quite successful but results vary.

I didnt enjoy doing the legs or backs or large areas but loved doing bikini line and underarms and facial hair.

It is a lot to take in and I didnt 'get it' till I started actually doing the treatments and it all fell into place.

As for healthcare comission - I think its pretty straightforward and the ipl manufactures help you more than when I did it (it had just come into play then and it was a bit of a bombshell and they didnt really know what they were doing).

Its been some time now since I did it but still have my manual.

Hiya

Thank you for the info

I'm looking forward to the trianing now
