Hi there,
I need urgent advice.
I am a certified beautician for 10 years and I do lash lifts for over 1 year and never had any trouble.
Yesterday I had a client for lash lift. Apparently everything was fine until today that she came by with extremely curled and thought eyelashes.
So she "forgot" to mention that the the before she did a lash lift, but didn't get the results she wanted. So now she is with super overdone eyelashes but still blaming me!!!!
What can I advise/do for this helping with the frizzy and over curled eyelashes?
And i am not giving a refund, am i right?
She is coming tomorrow for another talk....
