Lash lift and tint contraindications

Hi I am just refreshing myself with contraindications for lash lift and tint. There are a few contraindications where I can't remember the reasons why they are a contraindication if anyone knows the answer to any of them that would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.

-Post-chemotherapy - I know this is to do with sensitivity but I don't know how long after chemo it is safe to carry out?
-Glaucoma
-Eczema/Psoriasis
-Dry eye
