Lash lift on downward lashes

My dad is having some problems with his lashes.
They grow straight downwards and as such they are driving him nuts!
They are touching his bottom lashes and interfering with his sight as they are right in front of his eyes.
Has anyone done a lash lift on someone with lashes like these? If so, what was the result?

yes i have done this, on a man i used the shorter rod tho as lashes were quite long and only put solution on the bottom half just to lift the lash not totally curl it... then i used a med on a bloke and curled them like i would a woman.. thats what he wanted wow he loved this.. and to tell u truth my brother has black curly lash naturally typical eh ! lol ye go for it x

Hi Angelina,have his lashes always been like this?I had a client who's lids dropped and she found it was interfering with her site also.I recommended she went to see a Dr who then referred her to a specialist.She has since had an op to correct it.

I think the problem is that even if you do a lash lift it's going to be recurring.They shouldn't be growing in such a way that they interfere with his eyesight really.Maybe a slight lif reduction/lift(by a surgeon) is needed so that the lashes are then where they should be rather than restricting your father's eyesight.HTH a little.

I would echo what Babs has said, there are different medical reasons for this and medical procedures also. Get your dad to see his GP first.....then once he's got the go ahead then give it a go!
