Hello everyone i completed my training and we practiced with both rods and shields . Now i don't know which are better, which one do you use more often? Is the one better than the other?
Rods I believe were used for lash perms years ago. But if you went on a lash lift course I believe shields should be used, as they give a total different effect. X
