Lash patch test

Hiya everyone I recently did a patch test on my client for semi permanent lashes with my glue and she had no reaction to it but I have patch tested her previously to this with the same glue but she came up in a reaction but she was very ill with a cold at the time. Would you say it is safe to go ahead with the application if she hasn't had a reaction this time?
