Lash Problem :-(

I have been doing lashes for about 3 months now i have been using Lash bond as my glue, ive had this glue for the 3 months too. I have had no problems so far but my last 2 clients have said alot of lashes have fallen out this time they have had them in just over a week so this really shouldn't be happening :-(
My lash bond had leaked a bit in my case! do you think i could have ruined my glue if air has got in there? Im really worried as this is not good that they are falling out so soon :-( Can anyone help? xx

It could be that the glue has expired. The one I'm using is 6 months unopened and 3 months from when I've opened it.
