Lash refills

Hi girls I'm after a little advice as I don't do lashes . I have 2 girls in my salon that do lashes one uses flirties cleaner to cleanser before every infill the other days not to and only do it if they have make up on as it can weaken the bonds. Which is correct and should a sealer always be used after

Lashes should always be cleaned before any service- If washing lashes weakened the bonds we wouldn’t have clients coming in with 3/4 week retention!
I use a super bonder after every set to cure the glue but this isn’t necessary- some people prefer to use a nano mister. A sealant is a water soluble ‘top coat’ that can be used in tandem with the nano mister or sold as an aftercare product but not Necessary.
