:irked: Hi Geeks,

Could anybody help please!!

One of my clients has decided to go back to her old therapist as she is offering a treatment to slow down hair regrowth.

My client thinks itsa type of wax?? I thought there was a cream you can apply to slow down regrowth, but not herd of a wax that does this.

Can anybody help, do you offer this service is it a wax? If you do where do you get it and what does the treatment involve?

Just thought if it was a popular treatment to offer i may introduce it and not lose this client in the process>

Hope you can help Faye.x

There are companies that have products that 'claim' to slow the hair re-growth down. In the past they have been very costly without much to show, I have never been impressed and the client still had to get waxed every 4 weeks. The only true way to do a trial would be to put the product on one leg or one underarm only. Check out the data on this link.

Hairfacts: Topical "hair inhibitors" and "hair retardants" (WARNING!)

 Thanks for your reply, I guess not many people are using this treatment as not many replies.
Perhaps I should just stick to the waxing!!:)x
