Hi all,
I am doing some research for my business plan and am looking at property for my salon. I was looking at established salons for sale and there was some selling on leasehold which I know is renting and others which where freehold which I know is buying. If you have a bricks and motar salon my questions are
which did you choose and why?
Did you need to find finance to help?
How did you go about getting finance?
I like the idea of purchasing a freehold business as it makes its more mine like buying a house, but maybe I am wrong. Can anyone share their experience on this.
Thanks in advance for any help.
