Hey guys so I normally use a 36w uv lamp that cures great! But I've read gel polishes cure faster and better in led lamps. Of course I looked online but I have no idea what wattage to get. I was thinking 18 or 36. So it'll cure in 30-60seconds. Any advice is greatly appreciated [emoji4]

Not that simple am afraid . Not all gels will cure in an LED lamp ( which is in fact still a UV light just at different wavelength ) and not all led lamps are compatible with all LED gels

IF you are in fact using a gel suitable for LED curing then ask the supplier what lamp you should get

So I'm better off sticking with my trusty uv lol

I have the 18 g gelish lamp and I use multiple brands such as gelish, opi gel color , orly, China glaze , also Tammy Taylor and they all seem to work fine with the gelish lamp. Hope this helps ! Definitely saves time !

I use orly opi gelish and truegel
What is the cure time?

I used gelish foundation and top coat for all of the different brands so 5sec for foundation , 30 sec for color coats , and 30 sec for top coat , always worked for me :)
