Hello,

Thanks for having a look at my thread. I was wondering if someone can give me the employers and employees responsibilities of these Legislations.

• Personal Protective Equipment At Work
  Workplace Regulations
  Manual Handling Operations
  Control Of Substances Hazardous To Health (COSHH)
  Provision And Use Of Work Equipment
  Electricity At Work

Or if someone can give me a website which clearly lays out the responsibilities from each side, that would be good too! I have looked online and can't find much part from it explaining the legislation.

Sometimes it's better worded different I.e as an employer you are responsible to provide ppe, & training Within the workplace, as an employee you are responsible to use ppe correctly & follow any legislations layed down by employer. And so on for following questions. Gave u one answer x
