Thanks everyone!
It took me 2 1/2 h to do them! I had been wanting to try it on a real person for ages
and finally today a client said she wanted them. I can add that I had a bad hangover as well! Shaking!

Oh, sorry, forgot to answer the question...
Natural tips, then cover pink gel, cure, then thin layer of clear, put on feather, fight the feather for ages ( down boy! ), cure, clear gel, rhinestones, cure, build apex with clear,
finish file and top gloss!
Big glass of white wine when finished!

WOW don't know how you managed..
When I did mine in gel... I had to 'glue' down the feather, section by section, to get it to lie flat and not 'float up' in the gel before I managed to get hand under the lamp.

Kudos to you. I KNOW how fiddly these buggers are and can't wait to do them in L&P...
