I am putting all my new paperwork together for clients to sign prior to having microblading. Basically giving it a face lift. Someone told me I should include a liability statement! Can anyone keep with this, what sort of wording should I use? Xx

In the U.K., you can’t legally absolve yourself of liability if it goes wrong and the client is harmed, just because someone signed a contract.
In fact, getting a client to sign any sort of disclaimer actually puts the therapist in a bad light if there was a subsequent legitimate claim and the courts would take a very dim view.

You should focus on managing their expectations.

Oh yes I have a thorough consultation with clients. Managing expectation is essential. I am quite happy with my forms just that someone said I should have this!?
Thanks for your response.
