Dear all, I am not a hair professional but nutritionist and skin.
Although... I want to let my gray (white) hair grow and stop dying it.
I am a level 6 and I used to color it with well let a 6.1 at my hair dresser. With the quarantine it became very brassy.
So I finally was able hairdresser and she bleach it. Looked wonderfully white until she toned the roots with 10.81 and color the rest with 10.16.
It became a nice ashy blond but not what I looked for. On top, my already brassy hair became even more "coppery".
Is there a way to fix it? I mean get the blond more white or at least "kill" the copper?
I was thinking trying at home with a color fresh 10.81.
8 would very highly appreciate your opinion.
Here a few pictures, so you can see what I mean...
Big big thanks!!!

Your hair looks very ashy. If I were you I wouldn’t add anymore ash so no 10/81. You need to get rid of that tone and get a colour correction. There isn’t much you can do at home apart from gradually stripping the toner off with detox shampoo or different products. Hope this helps. ❤️

First, sorry for responding so late, I got really sick and was away from my phone and laptop... And now that I feel better I go back to my hair topic...

So, big thank you for responding and your suggestion. By detox shampoo you mean something like the Urban Alquemy?

What I was also thinking is, if it could be a good idea to tone it on gray (if that could be possible). I don't want to look blond but more into my gray/white hair (on the top almost 75% of my hair on the sides less and behind probably only about 25%)... Wondering...
