Light to dark colour correction

I'm a matrix user and recently went on the colour correction course but haven't really had to do any... until now!
a client was a bleach blonde, decided to go DIY dark :grr: and now has a lovely mud colour.
Would applying a colour of the same base level with extra warmth in solve the problem?
I was given a sheet with formulations on but I'm confused as she is now the base she wants to be but not the right tone.
is it as simple as applying a W/C/G on

id slam on a tonal bath. however your manufacturer instructs u to do a prepig, apply to the corresponding depth, then apply a quazi, i believe in matrix its colour sync, in the tone/shade she requires.
