Some users may have experienced weirdness today while using the site. That was because of a quick update I have made to the site.
I have made some recent changes to the auto-linker facility.
The auto-linker facility is a special snippet of code that scans each message before you see it for a list of key words. If it finds those words, it makes the word into a link that you can click on for more information.
The reason I did this was that I felt the current linker didnt stand out enough, therefore it stands out a little more and has a dotted line under the word.
For example... I type:
Man do I hate my derm telling me about pathogens I get from the CIR disliked MMA that gave me Onycholysis.
Each keyword can be clicked on for more information.
I have also added some more words to the list as well as made a small adjustment in it that should make the board process twice as fast.
