Loan for a beauty room?

I am looking to rent a room to provide beauty treatments, I'm thinking of getting a small loan but I'm not sure if it's a feasible choice. I'm aware of people getting loans for entire shops but not rooms... Is this something people do?

Hi you can get advice from the small business gateway. They will guide you through any start up funding available but yes a start up in a beauty room can be covered by a loan.
