Looking at NVQ 2 in hairdressing

Hello I'm 30 and I'm wanting to do an NVQ 2 in hairdressing. I can get a place at surepass beauty academy. Has anyone used these? Are they any good? Would you recommend? The awarding body is vtct would this be recognised for employers etc like city and guilds is?.
Sorry I'm totally new to all this.

Hi I dont know that academy but VTCT is a trusted awarding body, I did my beauty level 2 with them years ago. Good luck with your your course x
