looking for a new top coat hard gel, no tacky

I've used "TEN" for years, love the builder and rockstar "primer" but can't get the top coats I've used for years now. I'm looking for a hard gel, non-tacky, sold in a container not a brush/bottle (not enough brush control and waste of product). I prefer a not too thin, not too thick product.

does anyone use a product that fits?
my location, southern calif... so preferably products available in the USA
