Hi i am having real trouble looking for a member of staff for my salon need a nail tech who idealy can do basic beauty but not essential i have been advertising form 10 weeks and everyone that has come in has not been able to do a nail and atarts with the acrylic in the cuticle area !
Anyone looking for work in the Romford, Essex area (01708381888) or know of any ways to find someone would be greatly appreciated

It can be tricky to find good staff but there it is not necessarily wrong to start with your acrylic in the cuticle area as long as the finished nail is ok. Some find it easier to start in this area to get it flush with the nail. :cool:
