Looking for a treatment room to rent/share

I ma looking for a treatment room/salon to rent myself or share in the Peterborough/Huntingdon are.
I am happy with anything from a few hours a week upwards.
I do spray tanning & waxing and really want to grow my business!

Any body know of any, also interested in sharing or have a tips on how to go about finding one please let me know!!

I have tried a couple of gyms but not had any response...any tips on how to approach them?

Well they usually have an used room so for them it's an extra income. Also if it's a half decent gym the clients will want to use our services so this will set them apart from the competition. Maybe you will have to offer staff and members a discount or something like that. With a gym you can do a short term contract with no commitment and a short notice period and just see how it goes.

I suppose just arrange a meeting with the gym manager and do a sales pitch.
