Looking Good Guy-Dermalogica order?

Hi has anybody had any problems with orders from this comany as i ordered quite a large amount from them on the 31st march and still not recieved yet ?????:sad:

march is dermalogicas 10% off retail products and they don't seem to prepare very well for it, sold out of a lot of products, and all samples you want, very irritating, try pressurising your rep, might work??
good products, bit irritating afer sales....

I last placed an order on Wednesday this week and recieved it on Friday morning, it was retail and professional orders.

I never have any problems with them (only that they have run out of samples)

Are you buying it from Dermalogica or a seperate website? I wouldnt risk buying it from anywhere else, who knows what you might be getting.

As Mat says above this is a retail order from a stockist you would need to contact them directly. I would give them a call as you really should have received your products by now.
