Looks like bruises - sunbeds-help!!

Hey skin geeks!! A friend of mine has been using the sunbeds (stand up 6 mins) and she has what look like bruises on her legs she has olive skin and suffers from psoriasis. The marks arent on the psoriasis if that makes sence- was wondering if anyone could give me a bit of advice to give to her thanks xx

Hi of course we cannot see but it could possibly be hyper-pigmentation. Psoriasis sufferers have a higher turnover of cells and the combination of the sunbeds may be cause hyper pigmentation because these areas are more vulnerable. I know some UV light helps certain skin conditions but it sounds likely if there are no other underlying causes. Perhaps a trip to the GP is advised.

I agree with hyper-pigmentation as a possible cause it also could be due to her treatment creams psoriasis clients often have red/pink/purple patches around the affected area. How many sun therapy sessions has she had? if she's at the start let her continue and monitor the condition if it has been getting worse a trip to her dermatologist may be in order
